Global warming is a ticking bomb that we need to defuse before it explodes. To raise awareness about this issue, artist Frederik De Wilde created a sculpture which resembles a polar bear and a melted skull, the latter looks like a melting iceberg.
The object is made from recycled, and upcycled, Coca-Cola canisters.

The artwork makes reference to the Coca-Cola polar bears featured in the commercial “Northern Lights,” which is widely considered to be one of the top Coke ads of all time. The first Coca-Cola bears appeared nevertheless in a print add in France in 1922.
